A perfect day around Whitecliff Bay

Sunrise on the beach

Set an alarm – it's worth it. The sun rises over the sea right in front of Whitecliff Bay, and on a still morning the water turns gold.

Up onto Culver Down

After breakfast on the deck, head up onto Culver Down for huge views across Sandown Bay and the Solent. Look out for the Yarborough Monument at the top.

Afternoon in Bembridge

Pop down to Bembridge for a wander around the harbour, a visit to the RNLI lifeboat station at Lane End, or the National Trust windmill.

Evening back at Peony

Fire up the barbecue, watch the sky change colour from the deck and then curl up on the sofa in front of the fire.
