Terms & conditions
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms and conditions apply to bookings at Peony Holiday Home In Isle of Wight ("the caravan"), owned and let by Peony Holiday Home - Isle of Wight ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By sending a booking request and accepting our confirmation, you ("the lead guest") agree to these terms on behalf of everyone in your party.
1. Booking requests and confirmation
Sending a request through this website does not create a booking. A booking is only confirmed when we have confirmed it to you in writing (by email) and received any payment we ask for. Prices shown on the website are estimates only and may change; the price we confirm to you in writing is the price you pay.
2. Payment
We will tell you the amount and due dates of any deposit and the balance when we confirm your booking. If the balance is not paid by the due date we may cancel the booking and keep the deposit. A refundable security deposit may also be requested.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Our cancellation terms will be set out in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance. If we have to cancel your booking for reasons within our control, we will refund all money you have paid us.
4. Your stay
- Check-in and check-out times are shown on the website and in your confirmation.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and stay in the caravan for the whole booking.
- Only guests named on the booking may stay overnight, up to the maximum number shown on the website.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the caravan.
- Pets are only allowed if we have agreed in writing.
- Guests must follow the rules of the holiday park and behave considerately towards neighbours. We or the park may end a stay without refund for serious misconduct.
5. Damage and cleanliness
Please leave the caravan clean and tidy. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your party beyond normal wear and tear, and we may use the security deposit (or ask you for payment) to cover it. Please report any damage or problems straight away.
6. Our responsibility
We take care to keep the caravan safe and well maintained. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' belongings, or for interruptions to park facilities, utilities or Wi-Fi outside our control, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and events outside our control
We are not liable for failing to provide the booking because of events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, ferry disruption, or park closure). If this happens, we will work with you to rearrange or refund where possible.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
